What is wrong with my church!?
So I finally got over how rude my church was to me about the whole 'not in good standing' nonesense. I actually just paid them $750 for the wedding so I guess that shut them up!
Anyhow I called the woman in charge of the music last night and told her that I have a close family friend that sings at that church for funerals sometimes and it would mean alot to us if she could sing one song at the wedding. Well the lady got really nasty with me tell me only SHE sings and that she discourages others singing. So I told her it just meant alot to my family and our friend and that I just thought it was no big deal and that I would ask.. thats all. No need to get all upset. So she decides to tell me that our friend could sing one song for a fee of $75... UM why is it always about money with them!? And our faimly friend sings at that church to begin with so why would I have to pay more.
The woman got me so upset last night with her attitude...and I am so pissed that $225 of that $750 went to her. I really want to change my church![]()
