wow - lots of TaeBo girls! Thnaks for the suggestions...
I do have to say it make me nervous for one reason - I am corrdinationally challenged. It's hard for me to combine alot of moves together.
Is Taebo hard like that?

There are two tapes, beginners and advanced. So its probably a good idea if you get both. Honestly, if you've never done it (or cardio kickboxing) before it might take a little bit to catch on but Im sure you'll get used to it and since you can do it at home, who cares if you look funny!

I have zero coordination but I do the Billy Blanks tapes. Sometimes I alter the footwork because it's too complicated for me, but I get through it and get a nice workout.

I tried Tae Bo, but didn't like it.
I do a lot of The Firm DVDs. I also do Slim in 6 and Tamilee Webb workouts.

Re: What is your favorite workout DVD?
Billy Blanks just came out with Bootcamp Taebo. I ordered it but its on Backorder, it must be good. Otherwise any of his videos are great. i used them after i had my daughter(i gained 50lbs) I did it everyday for an hour and lost all the weight within 6 months. To bad i couldnt keep it off.

how sad is this...i love cindy crawford's first video tape-the leg workout in the first segment is great-always leaves my legs sore!! i have it on DVD now after doing for years on video.

Re: What is your favorite workout DVD?
I have the Slim in 6 dvd #1, I copied a friends dvd. It is pretty good, but in one of the more advanced workouts, you need a rubber thing with handles for part of the workout. I just skip that part.
I want more variety, so I will be looking into everyones suggestions!

Re: What is your favorite workout DVD?
I really love Crunch Gym's Fat-Burning Pilates -- it's really more like an aerobic workout than a Pilates workout. The music is good, the instructor is the only workout DVD instructor I have ever encountered who's not horrifically annoying, and the workout is fun and effective.
