im still 39 days away with NO honeymoon
we have no idea what to do..i left it up to FH ..left ONE thing...and guess what..its still not done

try an all inclusive

for my graduation, FH took me on a trip to Cozumel
we stayed in an all-inclusive resort called the iberostar - i think it came out to like under $2500 for both of us with everything inlcuded - and we booked that only about 6 weeks before we went
it was a nice place and good price

thanks...my budget is up to 6500$ ... but i just cant figure what to do

any idea for a JULY bride???

heck ya.... go to the mediterranean! South of france, alfami coast (italy), or where we're going.... greek islands!

we're spending 10 days in athens, crete and santorini.... and spending $4500 for mid-level hotels, flights, and ferries....

the only thing that's difficult now is finding hotels / flights that are still open... you may have to pay more since there are so few left....

We are spending about $7,000. We are going to an all inclusive place. FH was supposed to handle our honeymoon also but I knew it was never going to get done so I took over. I used Tom Varghese of American Express Travel ([email protected]) he is great working within a budget.

We're spending a bit less than $5K, I believe, for Sandals Grande St Lucia. We both wanted something relaxing where we could concentrate on each other. We do want to go to Europe next year as a 'second' honeymoon, but for the one right after the wedding, we didn't want to have to worry about getting up to see the Louvre--if we want to stay in bed, we can! Yes, you can do that in Paris, too, but I know that I'd want to do everything if we were there. Same as Italy, etc.

The cool thing--my FH may be going to a conference in Trieste in September. And if he does, I'm going with him, as a companion! So excited about that. If it happens.

We budgeted about the same, we are going to Aruba, and Disney Orlando (split trip) 10 days total. The trip all inclusive (in Aruba) and all airfare is 5000, we hope not to spend more than 1500 while were are there Not to put the pressure on, but now is the time to start booking, the airfares go up with the gas prices do you know of any places you would like to go? Aruba has gorgeous weather, and Hawaii is always romantic and beautiful. Good luck!!!
