My minimum is 150 and I really do want to keep it around that number.... so we are thinking of inviting about 185 so far. I'm afraid to invite too many people and end up with more people and having to order more center pieces, etc. How many people did you invite and how many people RSVP No? So far the people I've spoken to make me really feel like they'd come (esp. people I've spoken to that I work with). What do you guys think? I should keep the invited list at 185 or go higher or leave it alone??

Our minimum is 75 and we are inviting (on the A list anyway) 86. I think it is easier to figure out in advance who is coming when the wedding is small, because we speak to almost every person on the list frequently and most have already verbally told us the weekend is already marked down. But from this list of 86 we know 8 will probably say no due to traveling, and another 4-6 will say no because they are too elderly. We already have our B list ready to go once they officially say no. We figure even if we don't hit the minimum, we will come really close.
To make it even tougher, our room only holds 80 guests so FH and I have been handling this really strategically.

Hi,
Our minimum is 125, but were inviting about 175, some of the extra people are my parents coworkers and randoms like that so hopefully they send a gift but do not attend lol

our minimum is 110, we are inviting about 190. but there are a lot of OOT's that are going to my sisters wedding that might not be able to make it to mine because its only 6 months after and FH's family has A LOT of OOT's that wont' come

our minimum is 150, but we are inviting about 225. I think we will be around 160-175, which is not too much over. Most of our list is OOT's

Our minimum is 165 and we have about 250 on our list. I am hoping we can stay around 200.
My friend invited around 250 and just made her minimum at 175.

Our minimum is 150 and we're inviting around 215. We'll definitely be making our minimum.

Minimum is 100 (keeping it small) but we are looking at 110 and really want to trim the extra 10 folks; inviting about 130 and expecting the 110 for sure
