It's like oatmeal but in squares. My FH eats them. They are only good if you put in sweetener. I am sick and at home and there's nothing else to eat.

I had Dominican food today-a first ever! I had a grilled chicken breast that was spicy on a bed of rice! Yummers!!

I just had the most yummy sandwich from the Coliseum Deli - shaved carrots, cucumber and turkey on 7 grain bread (don't tell Dr Atkins!!).

I eat salad every day for lunch, and sometimes with dinner too...Im going to turn into a bunny rabbit from all the salad I eat.

I had pizza. I had a craving. I never eat pizza for lunch. I usually have a soup from Au Bon Pain because it is across the street from my office.
