What is/was your cake flavor?

vanilla cake with fresh strawberries. We're having a viennese table so figured people would get their chocolate fix from there!

We picked a marble cake w/ chocolate pudding and vanilla pudding filling for all 4 layers( had to play it safe we have a couple guest who cant have strawberries)

w/ butter cream ivory frosting- instead of fondent- heard that it was not that great tasting.

kind of like is one-

yellow cake with baileys cream

sourdough cake with raspberries and chocolate truffles

Hmm.. havent thought about that yet... but my FH doesn't eat cake, so it will be MY CHOICE!!!

My FH doesn't eat cake either, he really dislikes it...

so we are doing a glelato cake

only downside is that we can't have it on display, and have to cut into it as soon as it arrives...

but well worth it, we love the ice cream shop's recipe and its only a mile or so from our venue

We played it safe and did a marble cake w/ buttercream icing. No fillings or fancy flavors b/c of family w/ food allergies

Ours was White Chocolate Almond cake with Dark Chocolate Mousse Filling......SOOOOO GOOD!

We did chocolate cake with fresh strawberries.

Our cake was gross. It was the driest cake in the world - it made me crack up though because I could barely swallow it. Thanks fox hollow hahaha.
