We are having cupcakes in red velvet, devil's food, and white cake with chocolate or vanilla buttercream icing. Our small cutting cake is devil's food with vanilla buttercream icing.

We haven't done any tastings yet to decide on fillings, but FH is dead set about having red velvet!

We did marble cake with cannoli, strawberry and chocolate mousse for the different layers.

The cake, FYI, has only one real layer, the rest is not real. So in the back they make two sheet cakes each to feed 100. So for one cake I am doing chocolate mousse/chocolate spongecake and the other will be strawberry shortcake.

My daughter's wedding cake was chocolate cake with cherry filling and whipped cream at the Swan Club. It was EXCELLENT!
