I have a graco swing, nothing fancy, just plenty of speeds and music! He's actually asleep in it RIGHT NOW

Definately the Aquarium Bouncer. It mesmerizes him. I also like the Slumber Bear. It has a sound thing in it that replicates the sound of your womb and is activated by baby's cry or movement. It is the perfect 'white noise' to help Jack sleep.

The Baby Bjorn is GREAT! He is in it right now while I play on the computer. He loves to hang out with me and gives you your hands free. I also find he sleeps better at night when I have him in the carrier for a couple hours a day.

And for me...a great insulated coffee mug! Just as you think you can sit down and enjoy your morning coffee, baby needs you and then it is cold.

One more thing that is a lifesaver for us...

our bouncy exercise ball. The second Jack starts fussy all you need to do it sit on the ball and bounce and he is instantly content. Plus, it works my abs at the same time.

A sling.

I didnt have a boppy with Emma, IMO its a waste of $$. Pillows worked just as well for us.

Bouncy seat, although I am eyeing the papasan chair now.

I have to disagree on the boppy - at first it was no good for me for nursing, I felt she was too little and it was not supportive enough - I went to a lactation consultant bc I was having problems, and she had a 'my breast friend' pillow. From the minute I tried it it was a miracle. I don't thinkyou need one off the bat, but if you are having trouble, think of getting one, they have them at buy buy baby. Now I love the boppy, I feed with it, and she uses it for support as she is learning to sit up, we use it on our laps when we hold her, etc. I bought a 12 pack of cloth diapers at the babies r us ladies suggestion, I have used them more than anything - we use them as burp cloths etc. Also, since you are not supposed to use wipes in the beginning, I had a great coffee decanter that I would fill up with warm water to wet the washclothes with and left it by the changing table, it made things a lot easier!

Definately the Aquarium Bouncer (Nick spends hours a day in it - he also naps in it). Also, the Ocean Wonders Aquarium - he goes right to sleep in his crib when I put it on.
The Boppy is great - we use it every day - we prop him up in it, and he loves it. We also take it with us wherever we go.
What else....the swing is OK - I have a Graco, but I wish I got the Aquarium swing - it looks great.
The Pack-n-Play with changing station is also a life saver for us - we keep in the living room, and change him there - so easy.
Nick LOVES LOVES this toy made by Lamaze called Buzz - we dangle it in front of him, and he is happy for hours! We also hang it from his Playmat (also a good thing).
We never got much use out of (so far at least): Bassinet, wipes warmer, mobile, baby einstein dvds, 4 ounce-sized bottles (waste of $), changing table in his bedroom. My biggest regret was the glider/ottoman. We got a real nice one, and it is awesome,...we just never seem to use it!
