What kind of deposit did you leave your florist?
Was it more than half of what you plan on spending?? I'm meeting with one soon and want to be certain about how much they might want. Although I'm sure it's different for every vendor.

I only left a $200 deposit...total florist price was around $1500.

My florist didn't even care about having a deposit, but we left him $100 on a $3800 contract.

We left more than our florist was asking for in a deposit and ended up leaving $1000. Our flowers came to about 3k.
