I am a haphazard eater. I'm never on a schedule and I feel like I should be. I have days that I forget to eat. I have others that seem to make up for the ones during which I forget.

I ask people questions.
I just talked to this cool guy who works in entertainment marketing.
Short interview. I take notes in awful jumbles. I'm sure that I'll email him next week to clarify half of what he said.

11AM Special K Bar
12:30PM turkey and mustard on whole wheat or ham and cheese on whole wheat or a bagel on fridays bc i dont eat meat.
5PM get home and sometimes eat fruit usually eat popcorn or something horrible
7PM dinner
9PM ice cream

probably not. But if I eat more than 2 saltines and a cup of coffee I gain an average of 2lbs a day.
Or so it seems.

eh the end is near - my whole family is overweight except for me. . .so as i have been told since the day i was born 'it will catch up to you' LOL i have such a loving family.
