What kind of eater are you?

I don't mean pickiness - I'm talking frequency.

I am a haphazard eater. I'm never on a schedule and I feel like I should be. I have days that I forget to eat. I have others that seem to make up for the ones during which I forget.

file me under haphazard

I get cravings for stuff.

Like, some days I only want stuff that is

crunchy
sweet
salty
horribly bad for me
covered in frosting

yes! me too.

I am a salt-a-holic though. I put salt on salad. I cut back a lot recently. But yeah, I am terrible with the salt.

I know someone who gave it up for Lent. I think that Jesus was proud.

Whatever, being catholic is cool.

All the guilt and the scandalosity and the hypocrisy. It's awesome.

I obviously (by the sheer size of my body) and an all the time whenever food is available eater.

I do the Zone so right now I eat 5 times a day - 3 meals and 2 snacks. This is what I do when I am being conscientious about my intake.

If I am not caring or not paying attention I will not eat during the day and gorge myself on crap at 10pm.

See, I want to be on this regular eating plan of 5x per day.

Cuz last night I had ice cream for dinner.

i eat like clockwork.
i eat 3+ meals a day

I eat when theres food in front of me.
I eat fast, too.
I eat waaaaay past fulfilled, into the world of stuffed.
I love the food.
If it's dip- forget it, it's over.
I can't say no- I am a food ho.

5:20AM special K with milk and green tea

11AM Special K Bar

12:30PM turkey and mustard on whole wheat or ham and cheese on whole wheat or a bagel on fridays bc i dont eat meat.

5PM get home and sometimes eat fruit usually eat popcorn or something horrible

7PM dinner

9PM ice cream

3 Small meals a day and as much wine as I can consume without passing out..
