My hall has this AMAZING menu... a little bit of everything. I booked it for the food!
There will be a ridiculously complete cocktail hour and then a formal sit down.
I honestly cannot wait!!

We are having the same. FH's family will eat anything so that part is easy. My side of the family is very picky with food so we will be having some latin dishes (shrimp in garlic sauce with latin spices, paella or ceviche, pernil (roast pork), etc.) and some traditional italian dishes. I'm hoping the mix will be pleasing to everyone.
Can't wait for our tasting.

i wanted to do puerto rican for my family and italian for his family...but my mom said to pick whatever because our side of the family isn't picky...which is true but i just thought it would be nice to honor my side

while both FH and i are hispanic---we kind of felt like doing a different genre of food for the wedding. i guess it's cause we are used to having home cooked arroz y gandules, pernil, carne milanesa, etc. and i knew i wouldn't be 100% happy with a catering hall making that stuff, cause no one does it like my mom!
lol -- therefore we are serving our other favorite: ITALIAN! there will be a good mix, but it will be mostly italian/american contemporary favorites

We are having a small cocktail hour....I want my guests to enjoy the dinner, and not feel stuffed...dinner will be formal...we haven't finalized our menu yet

maybe it is the italian in me but i wasz shocked when i went to a wedding on friday and they did not serve any pasta!? So pasta is definitely on my must-serve list

I Love the menu at Fox Hollow -I think the cocktail hour itself has enough variety of dishes to please everyone. For the station choices - I will probably go Mediterranean and pan-Asian, the carving station - pork (for my familia Latino) and turkey and then the two pasta stations. As for the main course - well they have seven to choose from

I've got a nice mixture of everything...sushi bar, Roasted Pig, Paella, Italian, mediteranean...it's gonna be great and I'm sooo excited about the tasting...I just can't wait!!!

For our CH we're going to have a nice mixture of foods - italian, asian, middle eastern and a carving stration. For dinner it's italian/american cuisine. We're definitely not having any pork products tho.

I am actually not opting for the pasta station!
I plan to have other Italian type dishes during cocktail hour - and may choose the pasta dish appetizer... maybe I should do the pasta station...

Having mine at the Coral House.. I def want the Surf & Turf, some sort of chicken and the Prime rib.. Childrens menu is Chicken fingers or pasta...
