What kind of instructions did you give the hall?

What kind of instructions did you give the hall?

I am suppossed to bring instructions with everything... here is what I have:

In our boxes…..

Birdcage – For cards. Please put on a gift table behind or next to Bride and Groom.

Disposable Cameras – They are in a bag inside birdcage. Please put one on each table. Any extras put at low numbered tables.

Place cards – In frames. They are in alphabetical order already.

Guestbook & Pen – Please put on place card table.

Statue & Cake Topper – Please put on cake table, not on cake, but in front of cake.

Knife & Server for cake

Toasting Flutes

Bathroom Baskets – Please put the large basket in the Women’s bathroom and the small basket in the Men’s bathroom.

Favors – Put one at each place setting.

That sounds like everything. Is there ceremony at the hall? do you need them to take care of programs, cry packs, petal cones, etc..?

I don't know I was going to have the people who are in charge of handing them out bring them I think...

yes,that's what I would do. You don't want those thigns inteh reception room when you need them for the ceremony.
