Re: What kind of Shampoo and Conditioner do you use?
I'm sorry if I'm about to sound like a commerical... I swear by Suave. I was using Biolage and other expensive shampoos and my mother kept complaining that my hair was not as shiny as it used to be as a little girl.
Anyway I used Suave one day b/c it was on sale and I ran out of shampoo. I swear it changed my hair!! Everybody always tells me how thick my hair is...and how shiny and how much they love my hair. Okay I'll get off my soap box now...

I'm an Aveda girl. Occasionally I switch up with Rusk or the Body Shop. I also use Burt's Bees Avocado hair treatment once a week.
Edited to add that DH used to use Strawberry Sauve and swear by it b/c he liked the smell. Then one day he used my Rusk and now he wouldn't go back if you paid him. He likes the way his hair looks and feels much better now (and I even bought him his own bottle of Aveda so he'd stop using the stuff I use for color treated hair).

I use whatever name-brand shampoo and conditioner is on sale and it smells nicely. Right now I using something from Body Works because I got it for free. But once a week, I use Pantene Clarifying Shampoo to really clean my hair.

Right now I'm using L'oreal Nutrilieum (SP?) shampoo and conditioner, leaves my hair so silky (until I go outside and get hit in the face with a wall of humidity )

I love Rusk products... I use their shampoo, conditioner, and smoother (leave-in conditioner). They smell great!
