I need to decide on my wedding cake flavor...can you tell me what you're having so I can get some ideas...I'm not a big cake person so I have no idea.

I had a black forrest cake at my GF's wedding and 3 years later still have not had anything I want more! But one layer will be choc cake w/ whipped cream filling for FH, he is a very simple man, a very chocolate lovin', simple man!

Our cake is a champage butter cream icing with a double chocolate brownie type of cake! SOOOO freaking good! AND Moist.......

Since I am having the chocolate Fountain, I wanted the Wedding cake to be all vanilla fillings. I am having white cake with Bavarian Creme and chocolate Chip Cannoli filling

The RH is supplying the cake and I didnt want to pay extra so we picked from whatever they offered. We did Vanilla cak with choc. fudge and strawberry filling

We're having a full viennese hour with a huge spread so I don't think we'll be going too crazy w/the cake selection since ppl. are going to be running straight to the snow cone machine, chocolate fountain, etc.

We are doing a fondant cake--thin fondant layer on the outside to get the look we want-- with buttercream right underneath for great taste. Then, inside is going to be chocolate devil's food sponge cake with half french buttercream filling and half chocolate pudding filling.
Very simple b/c I think the more simple- the more delicious.
Here's what it will look like but we will be adding a chocolate brown fondant BOW to the top-- that's it!
