I have been looking at wedding favors and I just cant find anything I like ... What is everyone planning on doing for their favors? Maybe you will inspire me! Post picks if you can

I did keepsake cookbooks of all our family and friends recipes. It was huge hit! I still have people call and say 'I just made so and so's dish tonight!'

my mommy's making some of her handmade truffles...yum yum yum, and then we're going to slip them into a little cardboard box with a ribbon or something. i haven't decided. still can't get over those truffles!
i think edible favors are really popular, because you can enjoy them right away and they don't take up space.
for my engagement party, we found these cute jordan almond flower kits off ebay and attached a ribbon with our names and a quote. my FMIL loved it.

DH and I did wine bottle favors- full bottles - we put them in organza bags and then put a favor tag on them- pics are in my album of what they looked like.

We did Wild Hearts instant lottos with a 2007 coin. We used glue dots to put them inside a nice notecard with a cute saying about may fortune shine upon you.

We're doing Hershey's kisses in bags for the civil ceremony and our friends are making us cool magnets for the regular wedding.

we did personalized ornaments ..they were flat brass ones...they came out very elegant i loved them...and it's nice 'cause this christmas season we got so many phonecalls wishing us a happy anniversary.. we like that people will take them out every year and be reminded of our day! not the clearest pic, but it gives u an idea....

I made pink rose shaped lollipops tied with pink ribbon, and did 2 per couple. I also added glo stick bracelets and costume pearl bracelets in a purple pouch. I used the favor for the place setting card table numbers too.

We are still undecided but this is what we have so far: a placecard holder that has this cute basket with grapes and a little bottle of wine, at the top is some more grapes (after holding placecards, theey can hold pics a 'lucky in love' lottle ticket chinese take out boxes, since we are having custom candies made up for the wedding or a bottle of wine (found pindar winter white on sale for 3.99 for a 750ml bottle), so i think we are going with that as a place card holder, and then lucky in love and teh chinese take out box
Should I put the bottle of wine in an organza bag, if I am using it e as a placecard. We were going to have our own labels put on it and then hand the placecard from the neck of teh bottle.
Or the other idea was to give them the pic holder with the placecard, maybe the lotto ticket but then donate to breast cancer research (mom and aunts are survivors) Any other ideas....

We got iced tea glasses printed w/our names and date. I also had bookmarks printed w/a saying that I love. (I'm a librarian). The top of the bookmark comes off and you can plant it and flowers will grow. I filled the glasses w/kisses and wrapped them pretty. Pics are in my 'favors' album.
