What link do I paste into my review for pics to show?

I'm trying to finish my review but don't know which picture links from photobucket to post into my review so the image immediately shows (not so readers have to click on a link to see it or that I have to add any additional HTML stuff to it). There are a bunch of options...which is it?

Direct link
HTML code
HTML thumb
IMG code

not 100% sure what it's officially called but it starts with HTTP and end with JPG or GIF (in either upper or lower case)
