What 'moments' do you need special songs for?

My band just emailed me with a sheet for special songs. It includes:

processional
recessional
1st dance (bride/groom)
father/daughter dance
mother/son dance

but that's it. aren't there other 'wedding moments' that include songs to accompany them? like cutting the cake, or to end the evening with? am i missing any others??

Cake cutting
Bride and groom entrance
BP entrance
first dance song
last dance song
garter removal
gater toss
bo-k toss

I may even be missing some, but here are some I noticed that aren't on the list:

Bridal Party Introduction
Toast
Cake cutting
Garter removal
Garter Toss
Bouquet Toss
Anniversary dance (should you choose to do this)

i didn't even think of the entrance songs... meanwhile, FH and i spent time awhile back thinking of ours (we think we're going to do the theme to rocky!!)

and anniversary song - i've heard other people talk about doing this - love that idea!
