I would first look into Photo/Video because they book up pretty fast (esp. the popular ones). After that look into DJs, Florists, then limos. Also, if you are planning on using a popular Makeup Artist I would look into booking a trial and penciling in a date as early as you can because they tend to book up fast as well. Everything, just take your time with.

Also, if you are planning on doing an DIY projects (like your own invitations, menus, and programs) I would start on those are early as you possibly can so you are not rushing towards the end to get everything done.

If you are planning on doing Save The Dates, I would look into ordering those too and sending them out between the 9-12 months before the wedding. Along with this, try and get a set guestlist together and separate it in an A List and B List (you should only send STD's to the A List guests).

HTH!! And don't panic, you have plenty of time to get everything done. Just make sure you do your research on your vendors before booking!!
