honestly, I don't have a certain item that inspired me. I always loved the color pink, but since I'm getting married in March, and I have the palest bp, pink just didn't work so I chose red.

I'm a true romantic, and nothing says romance to me like pinks, red, and ivory.

this table pic....love the color scheme and the candles....we actually have a mantle to decorate in the Carlyle, so it will look like that, I hope...

the cover of a brides magazine...I just loved the colors together and I was looking for something to stand up against the dark colors of the room I'm in..

here's the pic

the accents of gold, ivory, and champagne are to coordinate everthing with my dress.

ETA: my girls are wearing black and champagne dresses which don't match that well, but they look great in them...oh well!

My Dress! It will be white, with a gold sash.

The girls are wearing champagne with flowers in shades of purple. FI will wear white with white flower, BestM will wear gold with a purple flower, and GM's will wear champagne with purple flower. Everything else will be white and gold, and hints of purple.

I was not inspired by anything specific but since I am getting married in the spring and my BM dresses are Latte (light brown) I decided on these colors for my flowers

Ivory, Peach and Blue

I would LOVE you with a bo-k like this...if gold or champagne feathers exist that is? or the second one works too- very black tie, IMO

There isn't one thing... I have always loved the color red and I think silver goes beautifully with it. I loved these pics though, they definitely helped me solidify what I wanted.

I originally didn't want black BM dresses b/c its a summer wedding, but when I saw these pics I just loved the black and pink together! Very classy.

This is going to sound so corny!! FH and I work for a medical supply manufacturer where we sell stethoscopes. One of the colors the scopes are available in is called Frosted Lilac. I think it's so pretty! I love it!!

Plus FH is color blind, so I asked him what colors he's comfortable seeing and he said pastels. Since we're having a June wedding I went ahead with the lilac. This is a pic where you can see the lilac tubing color.

I was originally going to do black and orange, since I chose my date with Halloween in mind. After looking at flowers and being unable to see how the orange would fit in the Briar Fox room, we decided against the orange. We love all things 'dark' so we're leaning towards black, with deep reds and plums.
