Re: What r yr top 3 reception hall choices???
1. Leaonards at Great Neck Never been sorry no help here
2. Larkfield Manor Been here thousands of times. Food and service is usually pretty good. Very pretty, recently remodeled. The only thing is you could literally drive right pass it, so when you go to visit, keep a look out.
3. Crest Hollow Been here also a thousand times, my school had every function here since a classmates father owned it. I find it to be average, thats just my opinion. Its pretty, food is ok. The drive up to it is very nice, good first impression.

Re: What r yr top 3 reception hall choices???
The only one of those I went to was Leonards when I was doing my checking. It wasn't to my taste with the decor, but that was a personal preference. My other concern is they can have up to 3 events at a time, my hall has 2, but they are spread out.
My top 3 were
1. Fox Hollow (booked) 2. Westbury Manor (but no elevators, so it was touch and go on it) 3. Chateau Briand
and 4. Chateau La Mer (which wasnt higher because of lack of elevators)

I only visited Westbury Manor and that is the only place I needed to visit!!!!
Great food and gorgeouse!!!
I was at leonards 7 years ago for a sweet 16 and the food was good and it was beautiful. But when they have other events going on it can get crowded

Re: What r yr top 3 reception hall choices???
1. Wolffer Estate in Sagaponack -- LOVE it, but way too expensive with a $9000 site rental fee
2. Giorgio's at Fox Hill
3. New Hyde Park inn (again too pricey for the date I wanted)
I went with Giorgios and am so happy I made that decision!
I havent been to any of your top 3 choices. My parents actually got married at Leonards...ages ago ; )

Not in any order.... but as of right now I am choosing between:
Chateau La Mer Douglaston Manor Fox Hollow.
I have an appointment at Sands of Lido Beach tonight and The Riviera on Sunday.
Then it's decision time!

I really like WM too but I have been to 2 or 3 weddings that I can think of there already. 2 Were famly & 1 was a friend who will all be at my wedding lol. So I didn't want to be another WM bride. I want something new. Although if I those 2-3 weddings were not there I probably would have really considered it there. Really beautifu & the food is fantastic!!

Re: What r yr top 3 reception hall choices???
My top 3 choices: Jericho Terrace Cresthollow CC Chateau Briand
I definatly reccomended Cresthollow. We even did a food tasting there- it was AMAZING! The food was so good and the service was excellent. The rooms are beautiful and BIG. It just seemed a little too 'big' and impersonal for us. I liked the overall 'feel' of JT better.
Leonards we looked at also, but imediatly turned off bc the guy helping us was rude, didnt want to be there and kept answering his cell phone w/o even apologizing! Plus they didnt off too much in their menu.
