What's a great gift for a newly pregnant friend?

One of my best friend's just found out she is pregnant. I am so so sooooo excited!!!

Anyway, I want to get her something. She already has What to Expect When You're Expecting and some new clothes.

Can you suggest a great gift for a friend's first pregnancy? I want it to be something for her, b/c I'll get to spoil the baby at the shower.

The Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy!!! My sister bought me this book and I love it!!!!!

I also got the Girlfriend's Guide as my first book and I really liked it.
You can also get her a journal or mother memory book. Or better yet, a manicure/pedicure.
