What's everyone making for Thankgiving????
OK Here's my menu, I'm cooking it all from scratch but I don't know if I have enough veggies:Turkey
Ham
Reg Italian Stuffing(w/sausage & all that good stuff)
Quiche
GreenBean Cas (My version)
Collard Greens
Bubby's Stuffing
Candied Yams
Sweet Potato Pie
Home Mad Baked Mac N Cheese
biscuits (Pillsbury)
Corn Bread
Cranberry Relish
Gravy
Dessert:
Coconut Custard Pie (never made it before this is my first try)
caramel Apple Crisp (to die for I will post recipe)
Pecan Pie with Chocolate chips
and a Sugar Free Pumpkin Cheese Cake for me
I'm thinking about making the pies about a week before and freezing them so it makes it a little easier because I am cooking everything myself, I don't know if freezing them is a good idea???

Re: What's everyone making for Thankgiving????
lol....I hope there is, I'm making a lot because we are having a second set of company on Friday plus this is the first time my FH is going to be not spending thanksgiving with his family so I had to make some of his southern favorites along with our Italian influenced thanksgiving. He also wanted Chitlins but I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to cook that. YUCK lol
