Thanks everyone, it's my 4th day! I use the Nicotrol inhaler so I can 'puff' on it like a cigarette, still get a small bit of nicotine & have something in my hands like a cigarette, the cravings are bad, but I quit once before for 8 months and after the first week or 2 it gets much easier.
As for the gym i can use toning up but I definately don't need to lose weight, I need to gain so this will work out great!

Jenn-I am in the same boat as you, I am also trying to gain a little weight for the wedding. And it's worse since I was just in the hospital for 5 days and was only allowed liquids-I lost close to 5 pounds which ****s!

First of all, CONGRATS on all your hard work. I was wondering where you got that inhaler. I am trying to get FI to quit smoking before the wedding and I would buy that for him to try. Thanks

It was a prescription when I got it last year (2001) but I think now you can buy it over the counter & thats why it can be sold on Ebay.

Check with your drug store and remember I use the inhaler, not the patch.

Jenn ... my DH stopped smoking (and his Dad too) with hypnosis! He swears by it!
I also hear acupuncture works too!

1. To go to the gym at least 5 times a week
2. To try to be less b1tchy
3. To try to read at least one good book a month
and
4. To try to maintain order in my life (from keeping everything clean and in it's place to not obsessing over stupid things)

1. lose about 15 ibs before the wedding
2. add some different friends to my life- phase out friends who don't seem to have my best interests at heart
3. Save some more money with FI

Okay, here I go:

1 - Lose about 20-25 pounds by October. I will be joining Weight Watchers on Monday.

2 - Spend A LOT less money on myself

3 - CUT DOWN on the smoking... I cannot promise I will quit, but I sure will try!
