What should I do to help me relax before the wedding?

I have off two days before the wedding. I am getting married on a Sunday. What can help me relax that Friday and Sunday?

spa treatment. Go by yourself. Check out Elizabeth ARden Spa newly built on Franklin Ave. in Garden City. Not sure if it is open yet but check to see. Or try maximus in Source Mall

Re: What should I do to help me relax before the wedding?

I'm going to do the mani/pedi thing, but I have nothing else planed. (My wedding in is two and a half weeks). I am hoping I won't be home doing nothing, but pacing. Hopefully, my mom and soon to be mother-in law will have plans to be with me, because I need to be occupied otherwise, I will be nervous and thinking about the big day all weekend . Thanks for the advice.

Re: What should I do to help me relax before the wedding?

what really helped me to relax to was to just take it easy and try to get as much done as possible in the weeks and days prior to the wedding. i laid low, didn't go out a lot (I had gotten really sick for 2 weeks right before the wedding) and i spent a lot time with my mom and dad-just hanging out--try to keep some sense of normalcy as everything will seem to be all over the place!!

Spend time with your family and friends. Go get a mani/pedi. Have a lunch date with your BMs.

go have lunch by yourself at your favorite restaurant, order yourself a glass of wine, and a scrumptous desert, and enjoy yourself. Go for a walk down by the harbor, or the beach.

Don't get a facial if you haven't had one before. You don't know how your skin will react and you don't want to risk it.

Re: What should I do to help me relax before the wedding?

my wedding is kinda late in the day, so i hope i can go for a run and get some emotions out that way THEN get a nice massage. i also plan on having a half glass of wine or champange...that always helps chill me out...but not to the point of drunkeness, just takes the edge off and have some fun!!!
