What should we book next? And

how much moola should I set aside for the booking the major vendors?

- Church
- Photo
- Video
- DJ
- Florist

Am I missing anything else? My goals is get the major out the way by Labor Day / year mark?

ooop .. good looking out ! how much money should we start saving for booking the majors? $4k? i just want to give the bare minimum for now just so we can have our dates confirmed

I would say other than your Hall, you are good to go.

I think you can wait on the limos and florist, you have some time for that.

Honestly i would say for everything you have left i would figure at least 5-6K... some photo/video packages alone can run you about that

I'm going to let you know what I paid for those. We tried to budget and we negoiated everything (except the church).

Church: $670 and $75 for precana

Photo/video-
$1200-$5,000

DJ: $1200 (dj, mc, 5 hours, basic light show)
again you can go for like 700-3000

Florist: $1550
18 low CP, bridal bok, 6 bm bok, flower girl basket, corsages for moms and grandmothers, bot for 10 men, pew bows for church, petals for cake table and palce card table

Ask to lower EVERYTHING!! Everyone went lower for me and threw in things!

Limo. We got a limobus for 33 people for $750 for 3 1/2 hours.

Photo/video- $4200 (1 80pg album, 800+ pictures that we own, 2 parent albums, 3 dvds, 2 photographers for 10+ hours, all thank you cards, epics)
You can go much cheaper though. $1200-$5,000
