My FI has a full from when he lived alone, but I am wondering if we want bigger (it's not like we are large people--I am 5'2' and he is 5'11' or so..), but I don't know how much room we will want....

I am 5'4 and my FH is 6'3... We definatley have to get a King... but right now we have a full and are going to keep that for a while.

We had a full in our respective apartments, but when we moved in together, it was SO awful!!! Especially because I sleep with my elbows flared out like I'm posing for someone So we upgraded to a queen and that's been great. We've slept on a king in hotels and it's just weird becaue the bed is so big you feel like you're alone--can be good or bad I guess

We have a king...and now, if DH would stay on his side...we would be ok
There are times I get up...walk around and get into his side....there's more room over there since he's 'snuggled' on my side

I had at times, shared a twin with my ex i n college, so when I met FH & we both had ful bed's I thoguht it was great! Now he says that is too small, b/c I am an 'active sleeper' but really I think I'll beat him up no matter what we are in.
We registerd for Queen linenes & plan to get one eventually. We have stayed in a king in a Hotel & don't like it. I feel too far away from him, unlees I roll over to his sife, then we may as well be in a smaller bed.

King, becuase it is DH, my puppy and myself. We also plan on getting another dog, so it will be the 4 of us in bed!!

aww cute about the snuggling. We will definitely need a king. I'm always hot and he's always cold and neither of us can sleep if we're forced into a small space, it just gets too hot, plus I like to stretch out and kick him off the bed sometimes...we've had the most pleasant sleeps in king size beds...

we have a full.. im 5'5 and hes 6'0. he complains also that im an active sleeper. we plan on getting a queen possibly a king when we get a house- in the next decade.....

We have a king but all the king sheets we have don't really fit too well on the bed, so maybe we have a california king?...All I know is it's big!

I totally disagree with this statement I get beat up in a Queen I want a California King one day! Or maybe Luci & Ricky beds, now THAT may be better for my relationship! By three am I am ready to kill him! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OMG- it would be sooo much better for our relationship if we had a KING! I near want to punch him every night.. I'm 5'7' and he's 6'4' & the biggest bed HOG I've ever known!!!! I have sleepless nights b/c he needs to spread 'them' out for air!!!! WT- F is that all about?

We have been debating what size bed to get. After reading these posts, we are going for the KING. I love my man...but don't bother me when I am sleeping!
To those with King beds.....do you find your bedroom is 'all bed'? I am worried about how much room a king takes up.

FH and I have a cal. king bed. Its wonderful to sleep on btu buying sheets and comforters are a pain because they are expensive and you have very limited choices. Not many stores carry cal. king. Although Home Goods has really nice sheets/blankets for a great price.
