My FI has a full from when he lived alone, but I am wondering if we want bigger (it's not like we are large people--I am 5'2' and he is 5'11' or so..), but I don't know how much room we will want....

I'm 5'9', FH is 5'8'... We'd be able to get by with a queen; but we are gonna try to get a king. As of right now we have a full and I tell you, I wake up feeling like I was in a boxing match.

Go for at least the queen if you can. DH and I had our apt bed - full size for awhile and moved into the queen - finally - - - and love it.....we debated between king or queen but went with queen....

I have a king... and its so kicka-- !!!
I have been sleeping much better since I got it. Every little turn and such I don't get bumped into and wake up.

DH says we have a queen, but all the (queen size) sheets we got from the shower are HUGE, which leads me to believe its actually a full...

we have a queen right now and it's not bad, we can't havea tall footboard since DH is 6' 2'/3'....we think we go for a King when it's time for something new

We have a Queen - I would say go no less than a Queen. A full is just too small in my opinion - you need room to spread out and move around...
I am thinking I want to trade up to a King soon.

I totally disagree with this statement I get beat up in a Queen I want a California King one day! Or maybe Luci & Ricky beds, now THAT may be better for my relationship! By three am I am ready to kill him!

at the moment we still have a full...it is tooo small. I feel like we are always fighting in our sleep to get some room. Not to mention we have two cats who just love to sleep with us. I agree that a smaller bed might be better for a marriage, but with a bigger bed you might be better rested and that would be great for a marriage

I'm 5' and he's 6' and very 'broad' (putting it nicely) ... Karate chop across the neck or a punch in the nose is not fun!!!
