Lee Ann Womack- I Hope You Dance
James Taylor- You've Got a Friend
Barry White- Just the Way You Are

useless info, and off topic... But Mush- you and i got engaged on the same day, but a year apart ok.. i just noticed that and had to share

another awesome father/daughter dance song is

Forever Young by Bob Dylan!!

i love it! and wanted to use it, but our friends got married in Sept and they used that song AND they used the same mother/son song, so we dont want it to be exactly the same

My dad wants the traditional Daddy's Little Girl-i believe that it has been sung by some newer artists-I tried to stray from that song but he has always had his heart set on it and I'm his only girl

I am your child by Barry Manilow. My Dad passed in June so I'll be dancing with my brother now (who HATES to dance! ) but that's the song that we has picked out before hand.
