What song are you walking down the aisle to?

I want to walk down to a song, and not 'the here comes the bride' song . What is everyone walking down to?

I'm having a really hard time with this but here are some of the songs on my list:

The Temper Trap 'Sweet Disposition'
The Postal Service 'Such Great Heights'
Mumford & Sons 'Sigh No More'
Bright Eyes 'First Day of My Life'

I want us to walk out after the ceremony to Edward Sharp and The Magnetic Zeros 'Home'

I'm walking down to Henry Mancini's 'Moon River' (most famously in Breakfast at Tiffany's...and Carrie and Mr. Big twist to it on Sex and the City). The recessional will be to Ben Kweller's 'Family Tree'.

I'm walking down to 'Forever' by Jaheim, the lyrics are amazing! My only question is are you starting the song right when you walk down or for the whole processional? My song is 4 minutes long, I can loop it, IDK I really want to hear most of the song? Any suggestions.

I think Home will make a great song to walk out to. I never would have thought of it, but it's very fitting!

Love love love these! esp. Bright Eyes! Sweet Disposition is the song I picked for my daughter :).

I wanted to walk with my father to the organist playing 'Don't stop believing,' but my parents are outraged and said that this is a CHURCH and has to be traditional. So 'Bridal March' for me to prevent the parents from havingna fit.

I am having a church wedding and my church is a little strict with musical selections... so i may not actually be of any help, but we are having the BP walk into Cannon in D and then I am doing the Bridal March.


These are the other suggestions they had for us:
Trumpet Voluntary in D - H. Purcell
Rigaudon - A. Campra
Trumpet Tune in D - H. Purcell
St. Anthony's Chorale - J. Brahms
March Pontificale - C. Gounod
Te Deum - M.A. Charpentier

Go on you tube and check out wedding ceremony music -- you may just find something you like!

I'm getting married in a Church and they're strict with music.

Parents - Jesu, joy of man's desiring
BP - Prince of Denmark March (not sure about this yet though)
Me - Canon in D
