What song are you walking down the isle too?

What song are you walking down the isle too?

I know most people do here comes the bride but I know there are other's just can't find them and what did the BP walk down to?

don't laugh but i wanted the hawaiian wedding song by elvis...i was born on elvis' birthday so it felt appropriate and the song is so pretty, but fh and fmil shot me down on that one. i still love it!

I wanted 'time' by Enya but our church is not up for it, we still havent gotten the big NO yet, so hopefully!

my mom wants HERE COMES THE BRIDE so i think i am going to go with it

i love From this moment by shania twain but maybe for my bridal party instead... the last couple of weddings i have been too did this

BP walked down to A Dream Is A Wish and I walked down to So This Is Love (both from Cinderella).

I'm walking down to Somewhere Over the Rainbow. The bell choir at the church is doing it. I got to hear them the other day and it's very pretty (I was worried it would sound corny).

Haven't decided on the BMs yet - I can't come up with anything that will complement it. I'm only having 2 BMs and the aisle is really short, so it will be quick.

Jesus, Joys of mans Desiring. Its a pretty classical song and the BP is doing Trumpet Voluntary.

OH WOW.

What a fantastic idea.....

I was thinking about having my BP walk to 'Out of the Woods' by Nickel Creek (if anyone else knows this song you're awesome), and recessional to 'All You Need is Love' (Love, Actually Anyone?) but I wasn't sure what I should walk down for...

But now, this Disney idea? Man that's rather appropriate. WC0143 - you are Brilliant.

i looooooooooooved that scene in love actually when they were walking back and the whole church did the all you need is love thing!!! that was awesome!!!

Thanks! In case you haven't seen the HM pictures ... we are big Dinsey folks (we go to WDW at least twice a year)! We walked UP the aisle as husband & wife to 'When You Wish Upon A Star'.

i walked down to 'here comes the bride'
for the unity candle ceremony, we had 'the promise' by tracy chapman (i love that song and wanted it in my wedding since i heard it in college...) and as we walked down the aisle after the ceremony, we had 'utopia' by alanis morisette
honestly, that day - i didn't hear any of the music during the ceremony (i was too busy crying and trying to figure out how to stop )
but when i watched the video, the music was PERFECT!!!

Thanks ladies!! So I guess I should have three songs, one for the bp to walk down to, one for me and then one with everyone walking back?

I want to walk down to Clair De Lune...

I actually wanted the BP to walk down to it and then when it came to the point the song where the music swells, I was going to walk down. But I think that would be too confusing.

I'm walking in to Canon in D, played by a harpist... the bridal party will (hopefully) be coming into an instrumental of Bocelli's Con Te Partiro.

I was very traditional.
Bridesmaids and groomsmen came in to Canon in D, i came in with the Wedding March (Here comes the bride)
