We used when I'm 64 by the Beatles for the cake cutting and Wonderful World by Louie Armstrong for the father/daughter dance.

first dance- Your Song by Elton John
father/daughter dance- Daddy's Little Girl (it's a waltz)
mother/son dance- You Raise Me Up- Josh Groban
cake cutting- I've Got You Babe- Sonny and Cher
after cake cutting- Come What May- from Moulin Rouge

As for cake, I'm not sure. All of the following are options:

What a Wonderful World - Louis Armstrong
Rainbow Connection - The Muppets
How Sweet It Is - James Taylor
Ice Cream - Sarah McLachlin

I'm using 'You Are So Beautiful' for father/daughter dance. I'm dancing with my mom too to Wind Beneath My Wings. For cake cutting I'm not sure though.
