The only one I know for sure is Daddy's Little Girl, the old fashioned version, for my father/daughter dance. Though we are leaning towards Don't Want to Miss A Thing, from Aerosmith, for our first dance.

Father/Daughter: I Loved Her First Heartland
FH mom passed away 12 years ago so he's dancing with his older sister instead of the Mother/Son to You Raised Me Up by Josh Groban

Bok Toss: Single Ladies Beyonce
Garter Removal: Little Red Corvette Prince

Cake Cutting: Lucky Jason Mraz & Colbie Caillat

Those are the only ones we know right now
