Cracker Barrell!! I love the little crap store in the front.

And Dairy Queen. Everytime I see a commercial for the new yummy they are rolling out, I get so

They opened a Wegman's here in Northern VA and it's 5 minutes from my house. It is the BEST grocery store EVER!!!!

I make sure I go to Arby's and Denny's every time we go see the IL's!! They need them here, they tease us with their commercials!

This was a restaurant I went to in Toronto, (I don't know if they ever had in the U.S.), Swiss Chalet. They had the best BBQ chicken and ribs.

I don't know where the closest Marshalls is, but I don't believe they have one in Queens, which would be great!

Wegman's grocery store--they have everything! There might be some in LI, but not near me.

Also, Cafe du Monde, or I wish someone would start carrying their coffee. I love it!

ohhhhh, Cafe du Monde...I always go there when I'm in New Orleans (I have conferences there pretty often). I LOVE their beignets!! If you have never had one, they are powdery sugar goodness.

It's funny because half the places on this list, I have down here in VA (Denny's, Cracker Barrel, BW3's, Chick-Fil-A, DQ, and a few others...)

What I would kill for down here:

Carvel
Friendly's
Houlihan's
Trader Joes
NY & Co

We're finally getting a Target!!! And rumor has it, a Best Buy and an Old Navy!

there's one in brooklyn (very near queens) at the gateway center (erskine st exit on the belt). I LOVE hte gateway center. it's 10 min form my house and it's one stop shopping it has BJ's, BBB, Targey, Staples, marshalls, home depot, Old Navy. Circuit City Babies R Us and more!

I guess I have to say Cracker barrell NICE targets and Cheeburger Cheeburger/\. We go to the one in {t. Washington, but I wish there were more of them. So good. SO fun and So reminds me of Florida!
