Re: What terms should be in a band contract?

One term I had in my contract was there has to be someone playing music at all times. There should never have all the members take a break and play a CD....LIVE music!!!!! And it's a resonable one to honor and most do

Re: What terms should be in a band contract?

I think the names of the band members that will be playing, the # of hours they will play, the deposit amount and remaining balance that will be due, and what will happen when the band takes a break. Will they supply the background music? How many breaks/ how long are the breaks? AND of course the date and place of reception. This is what was in my contract. Good luck!
