our parents are being really cool about everything so far. ITs our wedding and since we are paying for most of it they arent asking us for anything crazy.

my mom is all about whatevery I want... I am very lucky. My grandmother was very picky about my mother's wedding so that is why she won't do that to me... and FMIL couldn't care less..

I told my mom about the colored shoes thing and I think she needed to hold onto the wall for fear of fainting...oh well I am not sure I will even do it..
I seriously don't think she likes my dress..she wants me to look like a cupcake of ballgown..yeah that was actually a sore subject
anyways...I did a whole Will and Grace thing and yelled 'I'm the bride'!!!! I don't know if any of you know the episode I am talking about but it's wellllll known to everyone here now!

My mom is pretty cool about it for the most part, but I really do rely on her decorating sense and she's got a good eye for clothes too, she knows what's she's talking about.
I don't want colored shoes... but I don't think she'd care if I did. She's always telling me: No one sees your shoes!
We're having a 'thing' about the photographer right now, she wants Patken in the worst way... I don't know if I want them.
All of the rest of the vendors we picked on our own, she doesn't even come to appointments.

No issues yet and I don't forsee any....it's been a tough go with my extended family not accepting that I am 'integrating' the family, so they are being extra supportive b/c of that

We havent had any issues. Luckily I have the same taste as my parents so I guess that helps alot.
