What the hell...THIS woman at work needs to be told off!
That same woman who always asks me about WW...was at it again today...and today was the WORST..She said it loud and infront of other people..
It was something like this..'So how is it going with your weight'...So I said ok..And then she says 'yeah it seems to be that way...you haven't been eating any of the snacks in the faculty room' What size is your wedding dress anyway?'

What do I say to this woman...when she pulls this crap again??? Its not nice and none of her DAMN business ...and it makes me upset

I would confront her personally and tell her it's a private and sensitive issue for you, and you'd appreciate it if she didn't play town-crier about it.
Obviously, a little nicer than how I stated it. But I'm sure you get the general idea.
