What theme should I do for a long distance relationship?
He's from Miami and I'm from NY. I want to do something different but I dont know what.. Any ideas anyone?

My friend did a long distance theme at her wedding. NYC and Oklahoma. The wedding was in Las Vegas at the Bellagio. Each Table was named after a city they had been to together. Each table had a card describing their date. For example, New York City, he visited to meet her parents.'

Love letters. For placecards and table name cards you could have little envelopes that look like love letters. Not sure about actual table names though...I'll think about it.

you could do the sand ceremony instead of a unity candle during the actual wedding ceremony. get sand that was taken from beaches in miami and ny and combine the two!! make sure the officiant expresses where the sand comes from and how it represents the joining to two people from different parts of the country coming together.

I absolutely love your ideas! I'm definately going to try doing that! Now I have to remember the dates of when each evevt happened. I love the whole place cards with different city names. Thank you so much for you help.
