Ceremony starts at 3PM - what time should hair & make-up appointments be? And hair comes first, right? How early is too early? (We are doing photos prior to ceremony).

You probably need to allow 3 hours for your hair and make-up. Then add int dressing time, and time to drive to the photo location. Allow a cushion for traffic, etc.

Anyone else? Makeup artist has an appt at 2PM on my date - trying figure if I could still use her without getting done tooooo early. I'm guessing we muight start picture as early as 1:30-2:00.

It depends, how many people will get their hair & makeup done (moms, BM etc)
My mass was at 2, and we started getting ready at 7am, there were myself, mom & 4 girls doing hair & makeup .

It'll just be me getting make-up. MOH (*I THINK*) will be taking care of her own and I know my mother will.

To have hair and makeup done you need an hour for each. If anyone in your BP is also getting hair/makeup done they'll need at least an hour and 45 min or so. Usually hair comes first. I really don't think it matters what order.
I'm having my ceremony @2 so I plan on having hair done @8:30ish and makeup @10. Photographer is coming to house around 12

Good thing I read this thread. I thought that hair and make-up would take only about 1.5 hours!!!
