I think at 3 they dont announce it, they just call us all into a conference room for a toast and after that they let us go! I think the last few years its been about 3!

And then the LIRR, which honestly isnt bad on new years eve, simply because most people are coming into teh city while we are getting out of it! The last 2 years I havent had any issues getting out of NYC! (now I have probably cursed myself)

Normal time 5:00!! No special holiday hours for us here!! We were lucky that we got off 2 hours early for xmas eve!! forget about NYE!!

3 pm and have the battle the train in penn station as well but NJ Transit for me! I hate it!

i 'worked' from home today i wasn't driving the 60+ miles to get to my client to have them close by 2pm. not worth the trip!!
