I usually wake up around 7 for work. But latley I am having a hard time because I am out of routine because of the holidays. Havent been wanting to wake up until 8:30 or 9!

I cannot get up to workout. I have tried it and just can't do it. I am up at 7:15am. I workout when I get home from work.

I started workign out in the morning., i get up at 520., my gym opens at 530 i work out until 7 and then go home and shower and go to work by 830.
its not that bad, its so much more effective..time wise.....I can run every morning and see a difference in a week.

Too early for me to workout! I get up at 5:15 am everyday, any earlier i would die!!

i used to like a year ago.. I used to wake up at 430 work out and go to work..
now I wake up at 715 and just get ready and get to work..
I really need to get up off my a$$!

I'm up at 5:30...yup, the a$$ crack! lol I wouldn't be able to work out in the A.M. even if I tried!! I'd have to be up by at least 4:30 then...that's what time FH is up and I said HELLL NOOO, I'm never getting up at that time! lol 5 freakin' 30 is early enough! lol
DITTO! I get up at 530am and couldn't imagine getting up any earlier.

OK so Im not crazy for not being able to do it ...maybe I should make it a routine to go straight after work... that way it will be around 430...and then I can have dinner afterwards.
I will have to wake up at 5am, to get to the gym by 530, then leave by 620, to get home by 630, to shower and leave by 7am...propably not very feesible either... who likes rushing at the gym anyways.
