what time for makeup

My limos are coming to get me at 3pm. What time do you think me and my mom should have the hair/makeup people come. We need to be done by about 1:30pm so I can take pics with my brother before he gets dropped at my FH's house around 2:15pm

Just me and Mom. The girls are doing their own thing and coming to be when they are already done.

So I guess I am looking to see how long hair and makeup would take for a bride and MOB without being rushed.

I was told it will probably take an hour for makeup and an hour for hair..but Im going to plan so that I leave an extra half hour for each just incase we run late or it takes longer to do for whatever reason..
