Obviously my photographer is coming earlier than I need to be at the church and come hell or high water, my ceremony WILL start on time. I guess I'd have to leave for the church by 2/2:15 so my photographer would probably be there an hour prior. I have to get hair and make up done and put on my dress. What time should I start?

Re: What time will you start getting ready?
My ceremony starts at 3:00 also, but I am literally 5 mins away from the church. So the limo is picking us up at 2:45. My photograher will most likely come between 12:30-1 so I'll probably start getting ready at 10:45-11:00.

Re: What time will you start getting ready?
we started getting ready at 5 am! we were allowed to be at the hall for pics at 9, so we had the limo show up at 830, and photographer showed up at 730. so figure about 4-5 hours before ceremony time you should start to get ready. we didnt' leave the hotel til after 9, so be sure to leave extra time.

We're only doing one limo and it's bringing me first. FH is practically across the street from the church so I wont' be sitting in the church very long waiting.

Re: What time will you start getting ready?
a lot of factors- are your hair & make-up people coming to the house, does anyone else have to get their hair/make-up done by these people?
our ceremony is at 2- and i need to leave at 1:30ish to get there on time- my hair &makeup people are coming at 9am, my sister, mom, FMIL, FSIL, and my future neice are all getting hair and just my sister and I for make-up, I want to go last, so I am thinking that I want my hair done around 11am and make-up at 12.
eta-i had this thread bookmarked- might help day of schedule

Re: What time will you start getting ready?
I havne't thought about that too much. My ceremony starts at 4pm...limo is coming at 3pm. I guess the photog will be there at 1:30pm So I guess that puts me at 10:30-11am for hair and make-up?
Just my guess at a timeline HTH.

Re: What time will you start getting ready?
That's a good question. My church is at 4:30, my hair girl is coming at 9:30 but she has 4 people to do so I guess I will be ready by 1:ish because the girls are getting picked up at 2:30 so I need to at least get an hour of pictures with them. So i guess around 10.

I haven't figured out the hair part yet - depends on how much more expensive it is to have them come to us vs. going to the salon. We'll have 8 adults plus the FG. The make-up artists are coming to my house and we have 6 people getting it done.

Re: What time will you start getting ready?
my church is at 3:30 although the hair salon wants me to come at 9:00 being that other bm's are getting there hair done (they want to have a enough time) they figured while Iam waiting for the other gals the make-up artist can do my makeup- i believe the photographer is coming at 2:00 to take pics and then I will be heading to the church at 3:15 (church is literally) 15 minutes away)

Re: What time will you start getting ready?
Well, my church is at 3:30 and the limo is coming at 3:00. My photog is coming around 1:30 and I unfortunately have like 10 girls that need hair and makeup done at my house so we are having a 7AM start to make sure everyone will be ready by 1:30pm

Re: What time will you start getting ready?
My BMs and I will start getting ready around 11:30AM. The photographer are due around 1PM, so they'll be there when I'm almost done with hair and make-up with the BMs and start the photos then
