my plan was to put up a few family photos near the memorial candle. I asked FH cousin to get me some pics of his uncle and his grandfather. She got me 8x10s. The ones I have of my family are so small. is this gonna look stupid? Its a surprise anyway so I don't think anyone will think anything bad either but i don't know if the 8x10 photos will be too big for the fireplace mantle?

Have the 8x10s copied & made into 5x7s. That way you & FH can keep them as your own afterwards.

maybe u can resize either the smaller pics to be bigger, or the bigger ones to be smaller at cvs or something....
