what do you book next after you've booked a hall? what else books up really fast? I know Fox hollow had only 2 Saturdays left in January 2014! I have no idea where to go from here or do we just relax now?
I'm in the same boat! I'm like okay we got the venue, got the church, now what can I do?! We're starting to look into photo and video. I don't want to fall in love with one and have them be booked! :)
Definitely start looking for photo/video and DJ!
that's a good idea. there are so many good photographers out there so hard to choose :(
I'm also in the same boat. I booked the RH and started getting the religious aspects of the wedding sorted out (my FH and I are having an interfaith ceremony). I think I'm moving on to DJ next...I don't want to worry about an MC being booked for my date!
Definitely photo and video!
i agree with everyone...i think either photo/video or dj/band is the way to go. I also can't believe how fast 2014 is filling up, so I want to get at it before the good ones are all gone!

I know! I keep getting the looks from people like 2014 is sooo far away, so I feel somewhat silly going to vendors, but then dates are booking up! It's crazy!
We have Venue, Church, and Photo. Next thing we are booking is the DJ. People don't realize how fast all of these things book up especially the most popular and coveted places and companies
definitely want book a photographer and dj right away,so its less things for me to worry about and pay them ASAP, if any one has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate.
For photographers I really liked Studio 27 and Twelfth Night. Both had similarly priced packages, but my fiancé and I just felt more comfortable with Studio 27. Plus they do videography too, so we just booked both with them. I also liked New York Nights for a DJ. But I'm sure you could get a better price. We just liked that the DJ and studio 27 worked together a bit. And all of our zap shots were going to be done by our photographer.
I got photographers narrowed down to gina esposito and angel project. both are still available my day for now.
