What to do in this situation...

What to do in this situation...

So, I asked a trainer at my gym to train me and he's too busy, so he referred me to another trainer, whom I personally don't care for.

She gave me her card and took my email and said she would email me her schedule. This was a MONTH ago.

She just emailed me today giving me her schedule and telling me how excited she was to train me. Well, I have decided not to get a trainer at all, but I still feel that it was screwed up to wait a MONTH and expect me to be all 'OKAY, let's train NOW!' Meanwhile, I could have used the trainer last month to prepare for the summer.....

How should I respond, if at all?

sorry so long..

I would just email her back and politley decline her offer...let her know you would have loved to started training last month but as of right now you have decided to not go with a personal trainer. HTH

Tell her that unfortunately, you will not be able to train at this time. You will keep her number though for future reference.

I would probably be a bi-atch and say that due to the delay in her response, I got a different personal trainer (not true, but she doesn't know that). A month later and not even an apology for the delay
