What to do when they put you in the middle (work vent)
Long Story Short,
One of our outer offices is on the hot seat, and to past the hot potato so to speak they are trying to put my coworker and myself in the middle of their fight, saying basically that we are not doing our jobs, when we are.
How do you handle this? How do protect yourself (which I have documented proof to verify what we have done) without making my work relationship with the outer office more difficult than it has to be, the manager I deal with is a major ball buster... urgh!!
