What to do when you are the same color as the dress

What to do when you are the same color as the dress

... where did the bride go?

So I figure rather than a tan salon (because those will give my freckles like the sun, right ?)
Did anyone attempt the spray on tan, or the one you get out of a jar or something? Or will that turn me orange.... so I go from being hollow man (if you remember that movie) to being scooter from the muppet show.

I hated the spray tan and the hand creams....
If you are fair...i would be very cautious
They do have the airbrushing!
I am tanning

my friend does the spray tan and likes it but I have heard mixed reviews from others...
when you do a self tanner just make sure you don't look streaky... I think it's risky to try before the wedding...

maybe I'll try a tanning salon... I don't want the freckles though - not to offend the freckeled masses out there, but for some reason I have a thing with them.

And since I pretty much burst into flames on a beach - meaning I get red, I molt, then I go right back to white - I pretty much know a few weeks on the beach won't help this candy cane!

How long does it take to tan... I mean weeks, or a few sessions?

I burn easily too. If you are going tanning SO SLOW. Only go a short time in the beginning...
I have freckles as well but after 2 days after tanning they go awa

I'm a red head.... would the freckes fade then, or do you think it would be worse for me?

Tan! I am not one for tanning salons, but I may go before the wedding if I have not gotten a decent enough natural tan before hand . . . I am not one to use the self tanners or spray boothes- they rub off and tend to be very streaky . . .

I was thinking about tanning myself, but my skin does not hold on to color and I don't get that much to begin with. With airbrushing how good and how much $$$? I too freckle and I hate it! Can they do some makeup tricks to get rid of them?

Definitely check out going to a salon for a spray tan. I went to Paul Labrecque for their airbrush tan and it looked fantastic. It fades after about 4-5 days, but I think that's because I didn't do the salt scrub they recommend. Zoe is the one who did my tan and she's the best! They can use the airbrush also to make you look thinner (always a good thing, right? ) I think it was about $78.

Do NOT do that spray tan~I think it's called Mystic Tan or something like that. It was 25 dollars and it's supposed to last a week. Well you have to make sure you rub this cream in before you tan so it doesn't get in the creases (by your wrist) I thought I did a good job...I was wrong. When I got home I gradually got darker and when I finally took a shower (3hrs later~you have to wait) I noticed that my 'tan' took on an orange color. No streaks, just a bad looking tan. Thank God I was on vacation from work!

I sympathize... I'm 100% Irish and so fair I'm practically transparent Does anyone remember the character Mr. Goodbody? Good luck. I would just try whatever method you are thinking of as far enough in advance as possible in case you don't like it. If you are getting your makeup done could your makeup-artist give you some body makeup?

Good luck my fellow pale friend

i am as pale as can be, and i started to tan now for the wedding! i only tan for a short period of time, maybe 2x a week. when the wedding gets closer i may jack up the frequency. but i can see a difference now.

I did the spray tan but didn't really like it. If you do it, watch out for your hands and feet, where the spray seems to gather and you end up looking dirty!

I've heard the airbrush tanning is better, but pretty expensive (about $40).

Personally, I prefer the tanning salon.

I am pretty damn white myself. I wouldn't tan because all I do is burn, peel and go back to white. I've used Clarins self-tanner with quite a bit of success. I plan to get airbrushed for the wedding.

is an airbrushed tan the same thing as a spray, or mystic tan.

I'm so clueless about this!!!
