Our hall (Timber Point) is having an expo at the end of the month and I was just curious as to what to expect besides trying food and meeting vendors. Do the vendors have 'examples' such as the DJ will play music and the florist has centerpieces to look at.......

I just went to my first and they had food, champagne, :) vendors, you could try on veils and tiaras (my favorite), talk to people about prices, look at a million photographs, watch a video from the DJ, two DJs then played some music...
They also had door prizes but I was too tired to stay that long. It was a real eye opener Bring a bag to carry lots of folders and literature around.
You can also make appointments to meet with vendors.

They also sometimes have fashion shows as well. The door prizes are ok. If you don't have anything booked it is great. Usually they are towards a package or something. Enjoy it!
