i bought her a lenox figurine thing (the one with the bride and mom) and i was gonna give her that plus something else for both my parents at the RD, but idk what to ger her for the shower?
should i give her the lenox piece at the shower and find something else for the RD?
eta: or should i wait till we get home to give to her?
eta2: you dont HAVE to get your mom anything girls but my moms throwing my shower and bought us a crap load of thing so i wanted to get her an extra something special to show her how much all this means to me

what about if you give her the figurine thing for your shower, after you open all the gifts and you say thank you to everyone for coming, etc, you can thank your mom for all her help and for throwing you the shower. Then, you can give her the gift after?

if you are going to give her a shoutout after you have said thank you to everyone else for coming (like right after you are done opening all the gifts) i would give it to her then, not at the end of the shower. If you aren't gona give her a shoutout and thank you at the shower, I would wait until you get home.

Crashing again, sorry! I'm a bit bored today! I got my mom this necklace as a thank you for my shower. She had talked about wanting the baby shoe necklace for years.
In early January DH told me that my mom & sister where working really hard to make my shower wonderful (which it was) so I ordered them little thank you gifts & purchased cards for them. I wrapped the gifts & wrote out the cards & just had them ready in the apartment. The night of my shower when we got back to our apartment I ran upstairs to my parents house & gave my mom & sister their gifts then. Knowing my mom, I knew she wouldn't have liked to receive a gift in front of everyone.
Forgot to mention what I purchased:
I can't find it but it was from personalizationmall.com. Check there, they have lots of cute ideas.
